Customer Reviews
okay, but shipping was a drag
grabbed a 15% off coupon for my first Bokksu box, and the Ceramic Tea Cups were a nice touch. the snacks were good, like a pretty solid variety of Japanese treats. i've tried a few other boxes like TokyoTreat and this one's definitely up there for quality. but man, the shipping took forever to get to the US. i was hoping to enjoy my tea and snacks way sooner than i did. the checkout was easy enough for the code though.
Good first box experience
I grabbed the Seasons of Japan Subscription Box a bit ago, and it was pretty neat. Everything came packed well, and I liked trying all the different snacks. The mochi was my favorite for sure, super soft. Shipping took about a week to get to me, which was fine. Just a fun little treat each month.
Decent value, long shipping
I tried out the Bokksu Snack Box to see what it was like. The selection of snacks was pretty good, and I discovered some new favorites, especially the Senbei Rice Crackers. They tasted fresh and authentic. The price point for what you get felt reasonable. However, shipping did take a while, almost two weeks to reach my place in California, which felt a bit slow. I also noticed that some of the candies were a little crushed, probably from transit, but nothing major. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're not in a hurry.
Worth the price
I was looking for something new and decided to try the Bokksu Snack Box since it had a small discount at the time. I'm always trying to get the best value. It was a good mix of sweet and savory items. I especially liked the Japanese Tea and some of the hard candies. Everything arrived in good condition, and the amount of snacks for the price I paid felt like a good deal. I might get another one if there's another offer.

are these snacks actually from japan or like, made for the american market? wondering if they're legit.
I need to cancel my subscription after a few months. Is it easy to do, or do they make you jump through hoops?
Hey, I'm thinking about getting the subscription box. How long does it usually take to get to California?
I'm trying to figure out if any of their snacks are vegan-friendly. Anyone know if they label that or is it a guessing game?
Thinking of trying the Bokksu Market. Can I use a coupon code there too, or are those just for the subscription boxes?
